I had a great experience with Tommy’s Auto Service. A few days ago, my BMW popped up with a Battery Not Charging warning on the dashboard. I was planning on taking it to a shop after work to have it checked out, but I got out too late and everything was already closed. The next morning on my way to work, more warnings started showing up: transmission malfunction, chassis malfunction, power steering failure, and then the car completely shut off in the middle of the road. I had to coast it in neutral into a parking lot across the street. I looked up local shops, saw all the great reviews for Tommy’s, and gave them a call. Faith, who answered the phone, was very nice to talk to and made the whole process much less stressful. They helped coordinate a tow for the next day, and I really appreciated how easy they made everything. I thought it was going to be a major and expensive repair, but it ended up just being a broken serpentine belt and a battery replacement. They were honest, had great communication, and got my car fixed much quicker than I expected. They had it back to me within a couple of days, and everything has been running great since. They fixed my AC! They had to replace the evaporator behind the dash of my Jeep but now I have ice cold air. Also I requested to replace the axle fluids but they said that the fluids looked clean and replacement was not necessary. They could have charged me but saved me money instead. Very honest and quality work! Highly recommended.

I recently had a big repair on my car and I was dreading taking it in due to bad experiences at previous mechanics. Tommy’s accepts Endurance warranties so that’s why I chose to work with them — but I am now a forever customer because of the quality and customer service! Faith went above and beyond with her communication and advocating for my claim to be accepted. I saved so much money and heartache! I am so grateful to have a reliable and trustworthy auto shop in my neighborhood. Thank you Tommy’s!

I had an excellent experience at this shop! The staff was incredibily informative and genuinely good-natured. A special shout-out to Faith for being so helpful. I brought my own parts and they took care of the rest with no issues. They replaced my control arms, two tires, replaced front and rear shocks & struts and an aligntment was executed (different establishment), for my Audi A4. Not only was I satifised with the quality of services but they finished the job faster than proposed. They also gave me an honest, sound advice about another one of my cars, explaining why it wasn't worth investing in after hurricane-related flood damage. I truly appreciate their transparency, integrity, and expertise. Highly recommend this shop!
